These were delicious. Because of the lemon they were not too sweet, but had a lovely tartness. The crumble on top makes it feel a bit more decadent than the average overnight oats recipe you make at home. It’s a generous portion so I can easily make this last two mornings.
I love a good salad, and I wanted to love this but I think salads are hard to do if not eaten fresh. Chicken or chili glaze had caused a watery residue that sat at the bottom of the carton and croutons were soft (because not wrapped separately). Plus kind of boring salad ingredients made this very underwhelming. I would not order again. Don’t judge meals on this salad though as most meals are delicious and I do order repeats.
