How do I place my order?

 How do I get started?

Simply select the quantity of meals you'd like from our meal plans. Any extras like breakfasts or snacks are optional. Then place your orderhere

 Can I change my order?

We offer you a fresh selection of meals to choose from each week, if you change your mind the best thing to do would be to get in touch before the ordering deadline & we will try our best to accommodate your updated meal choices.

 How much does a meal plan cost?

The cost varies based on the amount of meals you order, the more you order the better the value. The extras are priced individually so you know what you will pay before you checkout.

Changes & cancellations

Can I cancel a delivery after the order cut off time?

We are unable to cancel deliveries after the cut off time for several reasons the main one being our meals are prepared to give you freshest produce and quickest delivery. We prepare the meals, and prepare all the admin side of things like printing the meal labels, delivery labels and plan the routes for an efficient service. We hope you understand that because of all the preparation involved and the nature of the product it is not easy to just cancel an order.

 Can I make any changes after the deadline?

If you need to make any changes, like an address, after the deadline times for an upcoming delivery, please contact us as soon as possible. It is not possible to change a delivery on the day of delivery.

The Meals

 Can I see the menu options?

Simply select a Meal plan and then you can see the current meal options. Click on the meal to open the nutritional information and ingredients.

 How will I know what my meals contain?

Each meal in the meal plans has information attached to it, just click on the meal name in the meal selection and the information will display. Our meal product labels also have all the important information on too.

 Can I reheat my meals in the oven?

All our meals come with instructions on the packaging tested & intended for microwavable purposes only. It would be possible at your own discretion to move the food into an oven proof dish & reheat that way. Remember, always ensure you food is piping hot before consumption.

 Can I freeze the meals?

We recommend freezing the meals the day you receive them if you don't plan on consuming them by the use by date. Remember you can always defrost the day before ready for consumption the next day, always ensure the meals are fully defrosted before reheating.

 Where do you source your ingredients from?

We are proud to say we have a great selection of local suppliers on our doorstep in Suffolk. We use a local butcher based in Bury St Edmunds, our fish supplier based on the coast in Felixstowe & vegetable supplier keen on seasonal produce based in​ Halesworth.

The Packaging

 How do my meals stay chilled in transit?

We use our own double walled bespoke AMGPREP cardboard box, which is lined with 100% recyclable wool liners & gel ice packs. This ensures your meals are guaranteed to stay chilled & fresh for up to 24 hours in transit.

 Is our packaging recyclable?

We try our hardest to use as much sustainable products as possible and encourage you to re-use the ice packs and re-use or recycle the boxes where possible. Our tubs are recyclable where facilities allow & reusable. Our chiller packaging is 100% recyclable & reusable, please return to us where possible, we will fully sanitise you're packaging for us to reuse and help the planet.

Deliveries

 What days do you deliver?

We deliver our meals locally in Suffolk every Monday, nationwide orders are delivered every Tuesday we are however looking to expand and will be offering more delivery days very soon, keep your eyes peeled!

 Who do you use for deliveries?

We personally deliver locally, nationwide orders are sent using DHL, delivery updates will be given by DHL with a time slot via text & email.

 What areas do you deliver in?

We deliver in all mainland UK & Scotland.
