The pork belly is marinated in a flavourful blend of ginger, garlic, mirin, and soy sauce, and then braised slowly until it becomes melt-in-your-mouth tender. It is served alongside rice noodles and stir-fried bell peppers, all glazed with the delicious sauce that the pork was cooked in.
